When you first connect to the GREENFROG website, a banner at the bottom of your screen informs you that information relating to your browsing may be recorded in files called cookies. Our cookie policy helps you understand the measures we implement regarding browsing on our website. It informs you about all the cookies present on our website, their purpose and how to configure them.

General information about cookies on the GREENFROG site

GREENFROG, as publisher of this website, may place a cookie on the hard drive of your device, whether computer, tablet or mobile, in order to ensure smooth and optimal browsing on our website.

Cookies are small text files of limited size that allow us to recognise your computer, tablet or mobile in order to personalise the services we offer you. The information collected through cookies does not identify you by name. None of this information is communicated to third parties unless GREENFROG has obtained your prior consent or where disclosure is required by law, by order of a court or by any administrative or judicial authority empowered to know it.

Configuring your cookie preferences

You may accept or refuse the placing of cookies at any time. When you first connect to the GREENFROG website, a banner briefly presenting information about cookies and similar technologies appears at the bottom of your screen. This banner informs you that by continuing to browse the GREENFROG website, for example by loading a new page or clicking on elements of the site, you accept the placing of cookies on your device. You are also deemed to have agreed to the placing of cookies by clicking the “X” icon on the right of the banner.

Depending on the type of cookie concerned, your consent to the placing and reading of cookies on your device may be required.

Cookies exempt from consent

In accordance with the recommendations of the French Data Protection Authority, certain cookies are exempt from prior consent when they are strictly necessary for the operation of the website or have the sole purpose of enabling or facilitating electronic communication. These include session identification cookies, authentication cookies, load-balancing session cookies and interface personalisation cookies. These cookies are fully subject to this policy insofar as they are issued and managed by GREENFROG.

Cookies requiring prior consent

Since these cookies are issued by third parties, their use and placement are subject to their own privacy policies. This family of cookies includes audience measurement cookies, particularly Google Analytics, advertising cookies, which GREENFROG does not use, and social network sharing cookies, particularly Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Audience measurement cookies establish statistics concerning the use of various elements of the website, such as the content or pages visited. These data contribute to improving the ergonomics of the GREENFROG website. Google Analytics is used on this website.

Where applicable, GREENFROG declines all responsibility for the consequences linked to degraded browsing conditions resulting from your choice to refuse, delete or block cookies necessary for the functioning of the site. These consequences cannot constitute damage and you cannot claim any compensation as a result.
